This will be my 5th Tacoma and I have always wanted a Pro! My question to ask all of you is with the extra ground clearance on the 2022 does anyone know what biggest size tire I could put on the truck without making any changes and on factory rims? Thanks and I have been reading these notes for years!

Many people with pros can squeeze 285/75/16s. At most you’ll have heat gun some plastics that won’t be visible unless you’re really looking for it. Go for it.
I do know that 285/75/16 Cooper Adventurers XLT are a smaller 286/75/16 than most and should clear without issue.

Edit: 5th Tacoma and you haven’t learned to search TW? Come on man.

I have the Cooper AT3 XLTs and they are a bit on the smaller size for 285s, 32.6” to be exact
