This truck is essentially new and doesnt get driven alot.
Brought this creaking issue up to toyota during my final oil change under warranty (have done 1 additional oil change since) and they basically dismissed it. Issue seems to be in the front driverside that manifests as a creaking sound/feel at very low speed on slightly uneven ground ie pulling into a driveway etc..sounds like an old worn out strut but obviosly isnt and seems to be getting more noticeable over the last 1500 miles...not loud, but even the wife notices it. Seems like bullshit to me that they would dismiss it, i doubt they even drove it to recreate issue. Was thinking body mount or something needs grease? Looking for ideas b4 i rip toyota a new one.
    thx

Sounds like a possible body mount. That's what mine was and it would be described pretty much the way you have described it.

LCA's being loose can cause a similar sound as well.
