05'-15' Tacoma Double/Access Cab Owner's help needed for 100 Series Running Board Build.

I'm hoping someone out there can help??!??!

I need help with the following measurements before I run out and spend a bunch of $$$$ and Time.
-For measurements I used a wooden Yard Stick like you would get at Home Depot in Paint Dept. and a Tape Measure - "TM".
Not saying anyone has to go out and buy a yard stick or level to help me, but something similar and at the same points of measurement will help me the most with making a correct judgment fit. One could use maybe a Level or some sort of Straight Edge (please maybe wrap in like a Paper or Painters Scotch Tape or something thin so you don't damage your vehicle but can still get accurate measurement.
I chose the Yard Stick, 1 - because it is soft enough wood that it will not damage the beautiful paint/body work I still have on the old girl (I'll damage that out in the bush when I get the vehicle back in future), and 2 - I had one close by in my work truck.

Here's why...
I am looking to Install some Power Drop Down Running Boards on my 2005 LX470 (ie: Lexus Cruiser) that I have purchased for my Mother. We are of a small Irish People (lol) and It has a slight lift on it. The stock Running Boards are off the vehicle with no hardware, BUT they are so close to body when installed that I feel they are not a ton of help as a "Step" into the cab. To my surprise NOBODY makes a direct or any fitment automatic running board for the 100 Series - or even the 80 Series for that matter!!? Not even down under - its crazy!?! OR maybe I'm crazy, who knows!?!? Now this may come as a shock to say I don't know some Ford, Chevy, or Dodge owners who just think a Land Cruiser is only capable of Cruising the mall parking lot and not an unpaved road, but you and I know that is so far from the truth. Closest and maybe easiest solution (less fab work) I could come up with is model that is for the Tacoma that mounts to the Frame instead of the underside of the body like on Tundra/Sequoia/200 Series.

On to the measurements....
1. (Pic 1) - Measurement 1 is front edge of "TM" touching side of Frame/Chassis with the edge or any part really of "TM" touching Body Pinch Seam to keep level to run out to the *furthest protruding profile point of body. (*Used CENTER of Driver Door Handle and the Side Molding running down straight in this shot with the yard stick skinny edge held up tight against both and pretty much produced a plumb level in a way for my tape measure to hit). **However you get the measurement as long as it is level and in same area will be a valid measurement for me.


**yes that is a Tacoma ahead in the distance but a 2001 2wd Reg Cab so not of any help.

2. (Pic 2) - Measurement 2 from bottom part of Body Pinch Seam to bottom part of Frame/Chassis. This will tell me how far Frame/Chassis drops below body. (Used same area as Measurement 1 just under Driver Door Handle and placed the yard stick flat up against bottom of Frame/Chassis and as in Pic 2 put front edge of "TM" on bottom edge of Body Pinch Seam).



Please help?!?!
