Buying OEM '22 Sport Suspension parts for '07 OR

Looking at a set of coils, UCA, and leafs with hardware for a really good deal from a local guy.
I have a set of 5100 for the front awaiting install, 4600 in the rear, installed ~15k ago.

My coils are ~100k and time for a change, same with front shocks. Not looking for a lift, or at most 1''. The TRD OR shocks/coils will add 1'' to 2nd gen, will the Sport coils effect the same relative lift? Aiming for first notch on the 5100s.

UCA are a great deal, and mine have about the same milage on them. I figure a swap, rebuild and clean the old ones for spares or sale. Should be a direct fit for the new, yes?

Current leaf springs are TSB. Getting an S curve to them. Cheap refresh, could always do AAL for a bit more weight tolerance.

Thoughts?
