I did two treks at Philmont and one at Double-H ranch. I'd have to check the exact dates, but I think they would have been 04/05/06?

    EDIT: Or maybe 03/04/05

Ha nice. I was there 04-07, motor pool 1 summer and then commissary driver the rest.

Definitely was a good time to be there.

    I did a trek in 01

Commissary driver, eh? Making sure all those packets of squeeze cheese made it where they were needed?

Somewhere in a shoebox in my parents' basement is a photo (on paper!) of an entire packet of squeeze cheese carefully applied to a single Saltine cracker.

...is this the legendary Copper Canyon Mica?

The front was obviously redone but the rest looks like it might be original? The door badges are intact, at least. 1998 is the one year that color was available. 268252420_10209736679089623_832358617424_08564bc3a6ea00704b608d4077cca7c8c1583582.jpg267768918_10209736678209601_175609864777_93f773bf532b88e2fd58b04ce61a5f98a175d36d.jpg

$200 to have the refrigerant recovered from my 04. Would almost rather just release it to the atmosphere… not like I’ll be coming back to a shop to have it refilled.

No one was interested in touching my 99 when I needed it’s refrigerant pulled. So I’ll at least do it right on this one.

Hopefully the dealer just gave me a higher quote because they haven’t seen the truck yet. Other shop I trust didn’t have any availability.

Only 1 junkyard in San Angelo sadly. It’s not even self service (so it’s horribly expensive) and they don’t even recover from their own cars.

I just throw out all the bolts less than 12mm, they’re probably just for decoration or something.

The amount of leftover bolts when I did my 3RZ swap covered half the work bench. :bananadead:

Looks like it, I've only seen one other 1st gen on TW that was that color. My favorite though is still the Paradise Blue on the 95-97s
