you can do that easily. though, i might run the rear channels to either the woofer or midrange so fading would give you another tuning tool if you plan to run 3 way

4runner heated, signal, courtesy light side mirrors, rearview mirror w/compass, temp & backup cam w/ pop luck PL 5400, Interior lights/gauges, BHLM, grillcraft MX black. Third brake light LED swap, rear tail lights LED swap from 2011. 3" Toytec (Boss) Coil overs, rear TSB AAL Bilsteins, Light Racing UCA. TRD grill badge, VIPER Smart Start.
Anyone give hints on how to install these, is anything required or can you splice into existing harness and plug and fire it up? Do you need a low end capacitor or something? If yes can you steal the one from the factory tweeters? How do these affect sound if im repacing factory 6x9 with kicker 3-way 6x9, is it ok or not? Will it work ok or will the 3 ways dumb down the 2 way 3" ers? I have a 2011 double cab non jbl. Rear doors ar getting 7" kenwood xr1800 and im adding a 4 channel 50watt rms amp if it matters.

Hey 6spd, my eyes might be deceiving me, but by these pics it looks like you have some prefab'd metal (or perhaps abs) plates bolted into the holes in the door shell... mind sharing where you found those? I'd love to get my hands on some.

What is the sound deadening solution used in this pic? Not sure how effective it looks, but dam it looks easy!
