    The Tacoma is home ! They took off $400 because they were quoted wrong price on rocker panels . Then took off over $100 in tax because I paid cash !:D:thumbsup:

    Those look like they'll be hell on calves but I'm guessing it'll be many many years before that truck sees any rust on it again. Is there anything left you're fixing or were the sliders the last of it?
    :woot: congrats! I remember how proud I was when I paid off my first vehicle. I think it lasted about 2 months before I got rid of it and into another :rofl:

    The rocker panels and cab corners were replaced . Cab corners are part of the outside rocker . There is an inner rocker but they were fine . Floor is good so added X-Mat on floor under carpet .Painted from windshield post around outside of roof and door jambs and obviously the rockers them selves . Right up to behind rear window . Sliders were blasted ,epoxy primed then Raptor lined . New frame installed by Toyota in July of 2018 . Hopefully that’s it for a long time except minor touch up on tailgate and door edges have some small chips . Only 140k and it’s 14 years old . When I bought it new it was $25k . That same truck is around $40k now . oh yea ……. Also new gas tank straps (rusty) and rear cab vent (small leak )My Bilstein lift and Dakars and all the other suspension goodies were installed in 2017 .
