Grill Lights

Like them or not, I like them, I am looking for a set of grill lights that don't suck. I purchased a cheap pair off the internet about a year ago. Half of one on the lights is out as it got water inside of it. I would like to do the smoked white lights again. Not a fan of amber.

 

I've been running a set of Runnin4tacos since 2018 and no issues to this day.

I have the same issue on my truck, I got a cheap set form Amazon and it didn't even last a year. At first one started blinking and then all them went.

 

Here's what my grill lights look like. I did this in conjunction with doing a black billet grill mod. The lights are Hella Black Magic driving lights. The bracket was made by a group member here and I got it about 10 years ago during a group buy. The Hella horns are no longer there. I hated those and replaced them with the Cadillac 4-note "train horns".

 

What fuse u tap into?

 

On all the time: INJ - I think
With headlights: low beam
There are adaptors out there for TRD drl
Or tail: for parking light illumination
Or run separate relay with switch for any time function. ~ I might do this in my tundra with (2) VLED max pods

I love my smoked ambers--they blend right in!!!
