Well… it’s officially official.
In our preparations for retirement, we bought our first condo.
Just a small 2/2, but it’s got some cool old exposed brick walls and duct work.

 

I did primarily interior trim. I started hand nailing. Early. 80s I started with air nailer. They added speed to the mix. I'd love to use today's "cordless air nailers"

 

I bet they are heavy…

 

That’s funny, I trimmed the inside of homes for 20 years. Never got on the cordless nailers thing, $$$$

I have the framing nailer but I really want the trim nailer as well no more hose no compressor that would be great.

I picked up my framing nailer on the market place for a deal I need to get back to keeping a eye out for the finish nailer. I like it when folks buy something use it one time and then sell for around half price.

 

I forgot to mention.
After the hole is drilled, you reverse the drill and it flushes the crap from the hole by forcing it below the ice.

 

People were worried about you! Not us of course but people were worried.

 

2 framing guns, 3 15-ga. Finish nailer, 2 16-ga Brad guns, 3 different styles of staple guns, roof nailer, and a flooring gun.
2 Emglo compressors.
