2020 Black Toyota Tacoma TRD Offroad
Hey everyone, hopefully this isn’t too long but if I’m gonna talk about this then this is the place to do it I figure.

I bought my 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD Offroad brand new back in October 2020.

I fell in love with Tacomas back in high school when a friend of mine was gifted a 2005 by his dad. I loved everything about that truck and told myself someday I’d buy one.

Fast forward to October 2020, Im in my career making a decent living and at 24 I was able to purchase one without sacrificing eating every night :)

Somebody had custom ordered this one but due to Covid and how long production took he just picked another one that was on the lot available. I test drove this thing with 3 miles on it and knew it was for me.

I’m super happy with it and at a place now where I’m ready to have it lifted. I purchased some TRD wheels because I think they look better and just like the idea of having OEM on my rig. Once the wheels get here I will have it lifted 3 inches and have decided on going with 275/70/17s or 285/70/17s depending on how the fit is and if there’s any rub. Super against cutting anything on it.

My truck doesn’t go off road much, it usually hauls my dog around and gets me to and from work with a 20-25 min commute.

I’ll probably mostly lurk so I can learn more and look at pictures of everyone’s truck. When mines done with the work I want with it I’ll post some pics to either get roasted or have someone say something nice :)

    Thanks!

Or you could start a ‘Build Thread’

Welcome to TW. Lurk to your hearts desire but I’d put $10 on you stumbling into a thread, be it a local, off topic, 3rd Gen thread that resonates.

    Good luck with the build!
