Been good weather here in the area. Anyone working on outdoor projects? Still working on our pop-up. Bought new radial tires and fixed a few dried out gaskets. Hoping to head out somewhere soon. Still need to run a 12v plug for when we are boondocking and stuff.

 

That's such a great little setup. How do you like it so far?

 

im working on this about it i did get it inspected finally and im gonna get the plates tomorrow!

 

We like it. Super light that the truck has no problem going anywhere. Was very important since my truck is a 4 cylinder. Been slowly working and getting it road ready. It's pretty much there just really wanting the 12v plugs so that we can charge our phones. With that station it'll also give me an idea how the battery is since it's got a voltmeter on it.

Eventually I'm gonna get a solar setup for it. There isn't a lot to really drain the battery. Just lights and fridge but that's mostly run on propane. Next mod beside the 12v plugs is a fan for the fridge to exhaust heat better.

 

Can't wait to see your solar setup once you get it going.

This one kinda looks better than the one I was originally gonna buy. The one that I was gonna buy was a 4 hole style one with a full size voltmeter. Complaints were that the light for the voltmeter was super bright. May not be as bright though if the display is combined with the USB ports like this one. May use this one instead.

 

There are ways to reduce the brightness as well with a resistor, this one just has a smaller display. Plus the plug cover. But either way, it's not too expensive.

they’ve got a bunch of diff configs if you want diff ports or more / less

 

I just can't see spending $80 on a switch and couple of 12v outlets... I get that BlueSea is a great brand, but that's actually unreasonable.
