Well.... I thought I would wait until today to vent. Frustrating day for the 9. Probably had the best car and pushed it to far early. I agree that he did spin that car to bring out the caution but battled back. Was a pretty classless move on the 5. He knew he was there but we move on. Funny how all the people who had KL nailed to the cross are now cheering his name and waiving his banner. Also, love all the silver spoon comments people love to throw out for Chase. All of the drivers are silver spoon kids for the most part. We all try and give our children the best we can so you can't blame him for who he is or what he was born into. You all know he used to clean tables and flip burgers at the pool room right? I mean, just saying. On to Vegas!

Valid point. Not every boy's pa names him "Sue" then disappears.

I never said Larson should have let him go, but he sure as hell didn't have to slam him into the wall.

I put the Chase and Larson thing into the same boat as when JJ came in and started beating the hell out of Gordon. I mean, HMS just got it right with Larson and who they teamed him up with. Chase is going to be frustrated for a long time because 9 out of 10 times Larson's car will be just a little better. 7 out of 10 Kyle will probably have a little more talent just because he has a much higher level of discipline in the types of racing he has done and the time he has invested. I think Chase makes up for this by just flat out having bigger balls a lot of the time. But this will be a thing for a long time. Chase will get his, Kyle will have to play a little nicer or Chase will have to dump the 5. Just that simple.

So I ended up giving iRacing another go. My current gaming rig handles it a lot better than my old PC. I've been running practice sessions here and there until I have time to jump into a race lobby. I'm going to try to level up in both oval and road racing.

I loved those Pontiacs! Pontiac really made some good looking race cars through the years.

I not a fan of letting the cup guys race in the lower series.

It's still a top tier series and great extra practice. Plus, how do you think Chandler Smith and Zane Smith felt last night? (Until Zane was DQ'd for a lug nut violation, that is).
