i got a an OEM Pro Grille; and then grabbed an aftermarket TSS garnish off of ebay for ~ $20. But i am not a big fan of the silver paint/pattern on the aftermarket garnishes; so i was contemplating a few ideas... found an older thread here that mentioned Plastidip; and while researching that i found Rustoleum Lens Tint spray. I was originally looking for the PeelOff version so that if it interfered with the sensor i could just peel it off and try something else... but the original oil based version is all i could find - so f'it lets give it a go. Sprayed two very light coats on the garnish -- leaving a little bit of the pattern to come through.

Installed - and after 100+ miles of highway driving, the adaptive cruise works perfectly; and no errors at all. (I did add a little washer to the top screw when installing the sensor too)

All good and i'm very happy with how it turned out. If you don't like the silver garnish pattern, give it a go.

CPS-65 I’m good for some, but I’m not for everyone.

Nice, I like how it blends in better.

I like it. Too bad mine is a knock off and it's going to require a dremel and hammer to remove, lol. Seriously, it was clearly not OEM. Some are worse than others and I got that one.

As much as I like the TRD Pro grille with the big bold TOYOTA letters, I was just bamboozled by the concept of adding Garnish to my truck. I will never put anything even closely resembling Garnish on my truck. At home I don't even bother to put parsley on my dinner plate and I'm definitely not interested in anything like that getting close to my truck!

Put headlight tint over it. That's what I did with mine. Works perfect and you don't need to remove anything.

Well yea... You are supposed to use cilantro for taco's...

    Not parsley.
