    So here is a question for all the 3rd Gen owners who bought trucks new or used but upgraded to the LED headlights from the Toyota dealer, as a dealer installed item.

    Where are your factory projector lights? With the surge over the past year of people upgrading their trucks to LED, I was thinking there would be an almost equal surge in projector headlights for sale…??

    I’m looking specifically at you PRO owners!! I know you guys and gals have deep pockets and like spending money! I’d love you start seeing a surplus of black housing PRO projectors. People still are charging almost what new LED’s would cost… this shits ridiculous!!

    You people know that if you upgrade any equipment from the factory, such as headlights, suspension, wheels, etc… you know you should be asking for the old original equipment back!! That shit is yours too!! You are paying for it when you buy the vehicle, then your paying for the upgrade. They aren’t discounting anything, so get your OEM shit back!! Don’t let some kid at the dealer keep it, or worse… they reuse it on someone else’s vehicle and it’s then profit for them!!

    WHERE ARE ALL THE OEM LIGHTS????

    Oh look, another mod....

    My truck isn't a TRD Pro, but it's a TRD OR with all the packages included (Advance Tech, Technology Pack, etc...) So I got the LED headlights & fog lights.

    @Borracho Loco

    Right… and I’m assuming it was made from the factory that way. In which case, I understand not being able to get the OEM equipment, because it was never technically there. But some people buy a basic truck… then have the dealer add on lights and wheels. I’m even starting to see some people wasting money on that garbage Toyota lift. In which case, these parts are replacing existing parts. But these people are NOT taking their old equipment with them.

    Thank you for reminding me… I corrected my wording on OP. :)

    Correct, it came from the factory that way. But, when I upgrade something (Like my wheels, grille or tail lights), I keep the OEM's. I sell them online, mainly TW. The only thing I haven't sold are my OEM tail lights.

    I bought my TRD Pro headlights after a year of ownership. I have the original halogens in boxes in case I ever sell or trade in one day.

    Same with oem fog lights, oem suspension , oem skid plates , grille, etc…. I kept them all in boxes in brand new condition.

    Did the work myself because why would I pay the stealership to fawk me over more and do it half ass.

    I agree, I would likely be keeping mine in case I wanted to sell later. I have not done the swap, and might never get around to it. But that is most likely what I would do when that time comes.

    Yep, same here, with my 2019 headlights. I saved them in the boxes that I got my LED blackedout housing headlights in. Like others here, I am saving them in case I sell the truck and i can include them in the sale, along with all the OTHER Stuff that came with the truck that I swapped out, such as OEM grill, side turn signals, etc!
