Added skaters tape to the sliders, replaced the PCV valve, cleaned the mass airflow sensor and throttle body. Also finally did the ABS killswitch mod. Have a great weekend everyone! :bikewheelie:

ADS 2.5 with Extended travel/ADS 2.5 Piggyback rear. Dakars. Pelfreybilt Aluminum front bumper,Skid and Brute Force Fab HC rear bumper. 5 x SCS Stealth 6's in Matte Bronze wrapped in Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Wet Okole front and rear seat covers. Wilco Bed Rail Tire Carrier. Light Racing Upper Control Arms. Marshall Fabrications sliders with kick out. Mobtown Tailgate Reinforcement Skin. hyper15125 retrofits. And many many odds and ends.
Well I kind of went backwards so to speak... I had Pro Headlights about 5 years ago and replaced with @hyper15125 retros. They were and are awesome. Great output. But I had a hard time with the difference with the look. I really missed the stock look headlights. Not sure if it was the reflector or what but something in my eyes was missing. I know there are a lot of people that will think I am crazy but...Oh well my truck LOL. Anyway I started reading the Ultimate Headlight Upgrade by @crashnburn80.
I decided to finely pull the trigger last week. Ordered Pro lights, went to Headlight Services and bought their harness and some sweet Osram 100/90W bulbs. They all arrived today. Super fast shipping from all involved.
So I ripped the awesome hyper15125's out of my truck with a little tear in my eye but excitement going thru me hahahaha. Pulled out the moto control and ballasts.
Then started the rebuild of what was in my mind. hooked up the Headlight Services harness and cleaned up some wiring. Opened the boxes containing the Pro's and pulled the headlights that came in them, and installed the Osram 100/90W bulbs.
It is amazing "how in my mind" the look came out. It is exactly what I was looking for "AGAIN" lol. Hopefully this is not just my old age kicking in. Anyway again here are some pictures of before and then of now. You may say I am crazy, and maybe I am. But this look makes me happy...

    Before and not bad...

    Now...

    Be Safe All...

You don’t want to know. Just be glad you don’t have it. It’s basically a cluster fuck of large hoses and metal tubes, also the most unreliable part of the car. Thanks California

You know, pulling the PAIR stuff off my Suzuki C90 was relatively easy, it was just a matter of adding a resister to trick the sensor into thinking it was still connected, and plugging some holes for beautification. I feel like removing secondary air injection on a Tacoma could also probably be done, since it's being injected directly into exhaust, it's not TECHNICALLY something required for an engine to function, only to pass emission checks.

I don't have one or I'd dive deeper into it to see if it's relatively easy to trick the ECU into thinking it's still there.

Sure, the ECU is smart, but is it smart enough to care whether or not there's dynamic input being applied to the secondary air injector? Or would it just be happy with a "this value is within the acceptable range I expect" and you can just apply the correct amount of resistance to achieve it? Any ECU is smart, but what it does with bolt-on systems like PAIR is relatively simple.

Tastes change. The blacked out ones were really popular. I did do some chrome too that look pretty close to stock pro lights but not many.

Hello, do you remember the specs on the bolt that attaches to the bracket that holds the engine down?

I like the color and out put of both LED and HID systems, but I find that a properly functioning halogen system to work just as well if not better on the road.
