Hilux trd rebuild

Hi all .
My rebuild following blowing head gasket while running e85 with 2,4 Urd pulley , free flowing exhaust, removed cats , ceramic headers , Urd exhaust cam sockets , haltech 2000 , upgraded auto value body. 76mm throttle body …car mage 241rwkws before head gasket letting go. At 700 nm e85 .98 Ron 235rwkw so the e85 didn’t increase power that much but nm increased by 150nm.

I have install an additional heat exchange. From zzp and extra 2 zzp bosch intercooler pumps . I have install a trans cooler with spal fan under front head light behind front end, themo fan, nst pulleys , have a section of pulleys that at the moment have chosen smooth flow 2.5 but have the following g pulleys
Urd 2.6,2.4 3.0 2.7 smooth flow 2.2 .
