Can't get sleepy enough to go to bed, going to have the house to myself for a week after getting up stupid early again and taking house mate to the airport.

That equates to being busier than a one armed hanger in spring...even going clean the carpets but I'm trying to lift 75lbs one handed then do the farmers walk with 75 lb cinders in each hand (because I'll need to again).
At least it was a great sunny day for getting the Taco loaded and recycle yard waste x2 with one more load to go!

I finished the tiling job in the bathroom and now the main entryway into the house. The mouse is number 9 for the year that I caught in a mouse trap. He had a pyro funeral in the burning barrel. IMG_7797.jpg IMG_7803.jpg

    Good Morning Folks :hattip:

We got almost 1.5 inches of rain yesterday/last night. I was expecting to see the north side of the yard under water because the ground is still frozen. Part of me property is considered wetlands. The water levels have been low all winter.
Now its high winds today and temps in high 30s and snow tonight.

Yeah that weather front woke me up last night, even with a few pints in me.

We had some thunder and lighting.
The winds today should help dry things out before temps drop tonight.

About a week ago the local weather man had the stats for February's precipitation in my area. We had only about 2.5 inches of snow - a little over 2 inches under the average, but we had about 5 inches of rain/ice, so we ended up over two inches to the good. I have a well and I have not worried about it for a few years now, because we have just been wet in my area. In fact, there is only one or two ties in 29 years that I have worried about the well due to drought.

sounds like the local PD had a hell of a night last night
someone jumped off an overpass onto the interstate. sounds like they're still alive but barely
semi vs wrong way driver on the interstate. outcome of that isn't looking too good either
multiple DUI arrests in town including ANOTHER wrong way driver that nearly hit a PD officer
