I traded mine in for this. Won’t be my last Tacoma though, but with a 9 year old hockey player and a newborn baby girl, the Tacoma wasn’t big enough. Still have my wife’s 4Runner too.
At least fuel is cheap to run through the tundra!

Did you use Prinsu mounts or the ARB quick mounts?

Nice - now drop a light in there so you can see where your backing up, when you’re not towing a trailer. 37050C69-39AB-424E-A150-EEEF73E3FBA9.jpg

Totally didn’t realize that was a front mount when I responded.

No and no, I don’t believe there was an option for the forward facing camera.

I honestly never noticed the glare from the license plate lights until it was pointed out here....then it was all in saw on the screen at night. Haha. Anyway I figured I'd DIY my own covers from the leftover plastic from when I cut down the 3 foot OEM mud flaps. Time will tell how they hold up but they look like they're supposed to be there I guess.

Nice - I wonder if MA would take issue during state inspection? I put the plate light disable kit in mine.

Looks nice. Where exactly is this located? Tennessee somewhere? My last name is spray painted on the rocks (not that I would do that) and I've never been there before so just curious.

Hmm...I dunno. We're fortunate in Oregon (or unfortunate depending on your perspective) that our state doesn't fine tooth comb vehicle inspections. Really, other than an emissions exam/test to renew registration, there are no vehicle inspections.

While I like being able to modify my vehicle without worrying about some inspector picking it apart, we could use a bit more thorough inspections IMO. Some of the vehicles on the road out here...it's like fucking Mad Max and not in a cool way.

I’m trying to complete the rear diff breather mod and can’t for the life of me remove the original diff breather. I tried hitting it with my purse and rounded out the corners of the bolt pretty good.

Anybody else had trouble with this before?

Looking for any advise before I get out the vise grips

It shouldn't be that tight from factory. I wonder if someone over tightened it. I'd say give it some beans and don't overtighten the new one

Forget the raptor lights, they’re overdone and don’t look right on a taco IMHO. What do you think of the RCI sliders so far? I have them in my cart. :D

I've had RCI sliders in my cart for a month...and SSO sliders...and CBI sliders...and...

And I have the goofy raptor lights since they were included when I bought my grille. I keep telling myself I'll remove them when one burns out but the damn things just won't give out!

I think I’ll probably forgoe them the more I think about it..

As for the sliders - I absolutely love them! The quality feels absolutely superb and they bolted up super easy without issue. Now I see why RCI’s sliders come so highly recommended around here..

One thing I learned when disassembling large Multi-function printers was to tighten a screw slightly to break the lock on it. Then you can loosen much easier.
