I have a stock 2018 SR5 dclb 4x4 with 16 inch wheels and tires.. Looking to buy some 2021 trd sport wheels and tires 265/65/17. Will they fit with no issues? Also which tpms sensors will I need?

Suspension and body are identical. I don't know of any reason they wont fit.

I believe the TPMS sensors are different from steel wheels to alloy wheels.

They will fit. And these Sport wheels should have TPMS sensors in them already, just have them flashed to your truck.

Put your current sensors in there and the system won't even notice. EZ PZ

A tire shop can swap sensors over without even taking the tire all the way off, no need to re-balance. But they can check balance if you want them to

I would like to leave them in. Would be easier to put new ones in the trd wheels rather than take them out of stock wheels and have to swap and remount tires.

Easier yes, but at $40-70ea it gets much more expensive.

I had a set removed from tires for like $5/tire at discount. They even re-installed rubber ones for me.

My 2022 very basic SR 4x4. Had the 245/75/16 w/steelies. Found these 265/65/17 Craigs ready to go with around 300 miles on them and they fit perfect.
