    There's lots of things that can cause lean codes (vacuum leaks, exhaust leaks near the AFR sensors, failed sensor, low fuel pressure, etc).
    What other codes do you have? Your code reader shows 5 codes present.
    Is the truck down on power, running rough, etc?
