Hell, come to NM. We don’t need emission checks, can carry a gun in the truck without a permit, about to have legal weed and murders are tolerated but not encouraged.

 

I am stuck in kali.. its ok. I wouldn't want to start over with another house payment. I live next store to my parents and I need to take care of them

 

Oh yeah or in a greenhouse for a little while but mostly outside. Weeding, planting, watering, hedge trimming, and even decorating. You'll love it!

 

I am actually quite fond of New Mexico, as I love the desert environment. My mother-in-law, however, put her foot down when we were briefly talking about maybe [northern] Arizona. She said "I am not living in the desert!"........

I've driven across NM a couple times on #40, and my dad and I hunted Elk in western-central NM about 20 years ago (Rescue - Quemado area).

Oh ya they are great especially from this restaurant.

 

It’s not all desert. The Rocky Mountains run down the middle with some year round snowy peaks and lots of forest land. Silver City in the southwest corner sits on the outskirts of the Gila National forest. It’s beautiful there.

 

Is the hot air balloon festival as awesome as I hope it is?

 

I’ve never actually been to it. It’s in Albuquerque. About a 7 hour drive from me. I’m down in the southeast corner with the oilfields and rattlesnakes.

 

I'm in the south central with meth heads and corn fields. Wait, I'm in PA, not NM, carry on

 

We have one on a much smaller scale here in the Phoenix Metro Area. I can tell you, it's quite impressive!
