I don't know what his role is with SOS, but he's pretty good at getting things moving. I too found it strange that he was the only one to get things moving for me. I will say, the sliders are great. My wife isn't a car/truck person, but she even said they look good. I won't be putting their sticker on my truck, however.

I got mine about week 19, so there's still hope for you! haha...sorry dude, you might want to go the same route as Mr. Taco above, if you've got a timeline you're working with.

No timeline as of right now but just getting a little nervous from reading the not so great posts. I’ll see what @uploadadventure can find out.

If you're not worried about time, the product is great - at least the sliders are. Unless you paid cash, the worst-case scenario is that you'll get it real late or you'll get your money back with some headache.

I do have to say, their skids are exactly as advertised. I also bought years ago, so they came in the estimated time frame. Still never installed my transfer case skid though; still need to reroute exhaust one of these days.

Definitely no cash. I’m good with waiting just as long as I know it’s going in a positive direction.

Sorry I am late to the party sometimes. I also own a small farm and it takes ALOT of my time right now.

Eddy is doing work on all the orders as fast as he can without sacrificing ANY quality. I'm working on getting him to respond to all questions. Being solo means he tries to dedicate all his time to welding / fabricating vs sitting on the computer.

I don't think anyone underestimates the work that Eddy is putting in. I think the general consensus is that he should update his expected turnaround time to reflect what it truly is + 2-3 weeks for insurance, and 99% of his issues would resolve themselves. I don't have any pending orders, so no dog in the fight, just looking from the outside in hoping a friend like you can convince him to spend 30 mins at a computer to update lead times/send a mass email to all pending orders with new expected lead time/brief message/apologies for inconvenience. Not here to complain, just offer an opinion that wasn't asked for bc I don't want the guy to fail.

So did eddy sell the company or not? I’ve heard from multiple people he did which would make sense because I’ve never seen so many issues out of him before

Is he still filling orders? Been waiting almost 21 weeks for a bed rack. Last response from him was January 21st. I am a patient person and do love high quality work but I do need a rack in the next few weeks for a trip. I would have ordered elsewhere if I knew it would be this long.

There has been a lot of stuff going on with Eddy, and he’s the only one working, if he comes on here to explain he can. He’s working on getting back to everyone though.

Good. It doesn't seem like Ed, but it does seem to be going around.

That's good I guess. I would still like to at least get an update on my orders status.
