Have a question!? I have a stock height 21 sr5 and looking to do 265/70/17. How much trimming would I have to do for these wheels with a -12 offset? Thanks!

I have Ray10s with a -10mm offset. I put 265/70/17 tires on my 2020 Offroad and it required no trimming. No rubbing. Not sure if an additional -2mm would make a difference.

I did 265/70/17 Toyo AT3's on 8.5" wheel with -10 offset on my Sport with stock suspension. I had to: remove OEM mudflaps and spoiler; trim a very tiny bit of the bumper edge at the front of the wheel well; trim a tiny bit of fender flare mounting at back of wheel well; heat gun the fender liner in front and back of wheel well. No rubbing after that.
I installed some Rekgen flaps and now have a little rubbing in reverse.
Honestly I have no idea how people fit 265/70/17 with -10, -12 etc and don't rub.

-12 brings them out a bit further so if anything you should be safer than have concerns. Might look silly with no suspension mods however

Actually the further you bring the wheels out, the more you risk rubbing on the "cab mount chop" area. At -12, however, you should be fine. If you hear an occasional, when hitting a sudden bump, rubbing you may have to do a simple plastic trim. I mean really simple, razor knife trim.

Thank you! This helps alot! Really wanna pull the trigger on the wheels and if i have to level it out or trim just a bit then im okay with that! Its just a sr5 that i go camping with. I dont rock climb with it so think she will be alright! Ha

I don't see you having any problems. I ran that size tire for 50,000 plus miles. It's not the lift, have someone turn the wheels left to right etc while you check for the least amount of clearance area and you will figure it out.

Oh Ok, I thought you said something like -12 is even better for clearance. My Bad.
