    New parts whipper.

UPDATE- CUT THE FRAME BACK WAY FARTHER. LIKE 2-3" FARTHER BACK CAUSE THEN THE 2X3 WILL BE NARROW AND THE FRONT DRIVESHAFT WONT HIT ON A 1 TON SWAP W A SD AXLE.

32” from front of frame. 4 degree positive of 90 degrees I guess it would be.

This has been a lot harder than I thought. Figuring out the first angle and height I wanted took forever. Just have to copy on other side now.

so true. I have been thinking about things today and I’m gonna end up making some changes now too. Sometimes you need perspective to go back and get it right.

Got frame done. Just have to reassemble and weld into old rail. Really hard to do this alone. A second person would cut the time down substantially. This truck is ethnic as fU$%! I have a mexican truck, japanese motor, half canadian frame, american axles and I know there is some chinese in too!

Welding getting a little better. Got 1/2 of 1 side done today. Lot of work and effort to make it as seamless as possible.

Hope so. The toyota frames are worthless that’s why I’m kinda doing a little more than normal. I didn’t realize how weak they were til l was tying new stuff into it.

shit. Yeah haven’t even taken any pics of that. Just 2x3 across all cut flush. Still deciding on a plan for winch. This is from Monday before I cut it flush. You can’t really see.

I prob shouldn’t have done this the way I did but wanted a smooth factory look. Welds rust up here first. Gonna keep the inside plates normal. Welds starting to be presentable. Kinda like the big puddle. Looks kinda cool. Maybe @Kwikvette will approve.

Cost myself about 8 hrs trying to do this fancy bullshit w plates everywhere and I don’t even like it. I’m kinda pissed at myself that I’m not done yet.

Got 90% of frame done today but forgot to take picks. Starting working on fitting this free winch in there somehow w out putting the control module in the soon to be crowded engine bay. This pic is with the box off. Fits fine w out it.

I’m thinking about angling the frame crossmember down to get it in there but idk. Have no good plan on that yet.
