    You’re right, he might’ve been able to follow the trail. My brother’s Toyota truck got rear ended while he was crossing the bay bridge in San Francisco. His receiver hitch punctured the guy’s radiator and oil cooler and he tried to run away. My brother followed the coolant and oil trail down off the bridge into a neighborhood where the car was DOA, and the cops caught him.

    I was at work when it happened my wife was home and heard a big bang sound and went look at the window The car was already gone. the cop did tried to see if there's a trail that she can follow but she said no luck..

    This totally blows man. Probably a distracted driving accident.

    Good thing nobody in your family was injured. You have a partial plate, make/model of car....that shouldn't be too entirely hard to locate the person.
