Exactly. It's the Oil companies like Exxon who choose not to drill more even though they have thousands of leases and sites to drill because there's not as much profit with more available oil and all that overhead cost. They like the scare tactics to raise the prices for more profits. It has little to do with the war and politics but more to do with greed of the CEO's. Plain and simple.

Only out for a few seconds this time. I really thought we’d lose power for at least a few hours with that wind. Did lose the top of a black walnut tree into the front yard.

I don't think there is an end in sight for awhile when it comes to the price of gas rising. I saw a news report which said that the PA legislature is thinking of temporarily cutting our gas tax, the highest in the nation at 57 cents, according to a local news report. The same report said that Congress may also suspend the federal gas tax, which I believe they said is 18 cents per gallon. Unfortunately, these taxes are used for roads and bridges and we sure need money for that, especially after the Fern Hollow bridge collapse in Pittsburgh.

Actually, my step son has fished in the Ambridge Reservoir. This was yeas ago. It's technically illegal, but him and a buddy snuck in there and caught some huge fish. I don't believe they ate them though. :p

Old man Winter just does not want to let go. We are scheduled for just flurries, then rain, but I don't believe it will be much, maybe an inch. On Saturday they are forecasting 1-3 inches. It's better than mid March 1993 when we got something like 27 inches. LOL.

The roads were clear at the start of my drive in this morning. Then all of the sudden it looked like someone started shredding toilet paper. Some of the largest snow flakes I have seen in a good while.

    Good morning tacomaworld family.
Questions for you tacoma or truck experts would a stock leaf pack from a tacoma fit on a Nissan frontier? If not no big deal just curious as I have a extra set of leaf pack for my tacoma.

BTW not enjoying these gas prices I'm just glad I have a tacoma and not a tundra.

In other news I got a take home work truck and the boss texted me last night stating that starting on Monday I'm getting a 1$ raise. Almost unheard of after only being here for 2 1/2 weeks. I'm very much appreciated by it.

We don't have much snow. It's wet snow and the dog did not like it. As I drove her back from our morning walk I passed the local gas station. It's now $4.39. That's an increase of 74 cents in 12 days.

I am really enjoying this job so far. So much to learn. Waiting on the boss now at a customer house guess he wants to train me on something else now. I'm all ears
