Coffee and Krispy Kreme. The day can only go downhill from there.

They do here. They close the schools and declare a natural disaster.

It’s for public safety. People here don’t know how to drive on slick roads. Luckily they don’t have to very often. Which is why they don’t know how to.

Crab Bag. We typically hang out at the one on 130th street and Coastal Hwy. They have a great 2nd floor outdoor deck area. But the one on 54 just over the line (north) in Fenwick Island is our choice for them if we are up that way.

    These are our regular haunts:
    Crab Bag, 130th St.
Crabcake Factory Bayside, Rte. 54 Fenwick Island.
Bad Monkey, 58th St. *happy hour
Longboard Cafe, 67th St. *brunch is phenomenal
Barn 34, 34th St. *the breakfast bloody mary.
Our Harvest, 1106 Coastal Hwy, Fenwick Island
    Tequila Mockingbird, 130th St

And these are just our regulars. There are tons more. Then there's West O.C. too. Over there The Shark is our go to. Or Crab Alley, or Harborside.

It's starting to switch over here. Nasty mess! Quickly grabbed the truck and pulled it inside...

Looks like you’re doing a great job with the conversion. You must have some carpentry experience.

Thanks Dave! I've been known to be pretty handy! I could never afford to hire out this stuff, so I learned how to do all of it myself through trial and error over the years. Been quite a while since I've done any carpentry, but it seems I haven't lost all of my touch. The outside trim I could have done better, and it being treated shrunk a little, but it is what it is. A little caulk, filler, and paint will be like it never was bad

I went to go to change out dog bags and was promptly told we're not allowed to drive through the park right now. I ask why and was told one numb nut got a truck stuck over a 135' off the road in the mud and tore up the grass and left ruts I said oh wow. Its sorta feels like when you missed school and Bon Jovi played in the gym or auditorium and we didnt have any home work. That's how I feel right now. I missed that whole fun event!:annoyed:

My little brother is a contractor and builds houses. I tried working for him after I retired but I just couldn’t get the hang of it. We mutually decided I should retire again.
