I recently installed a CB radio with a PA speaker, then noticed my mirror turn signal has stayed solid amber and would not blink, granted I have USR auto switchback mirror lights but wasn’t sure what the problem would be on account the passenger side works fine and it’s just the driver side. The only time it blinks is when I lock the truck and that is it not even with the hazards on. Was hoping some one would be able to aid in the issue.

Pretty difficult to diagnose without being there to see what you've done. Sounds to me though, like you've messed up a power/ground wire in you CB installation. Look at each connection you made, and see if there are any issues. Also look at any trim you may have removed and see if anything is pinched, or pushed where it shouldn't be.

'Change Management' says to undo what was last done.

The most recent work either broke it, or it's failed for another reason. Undoing the last work done is the first elimination step.
