    Does anyone know if there is a pre cut vinyl kit like the one on this truck?
    It goes where the flare is, all the way down the lower side and onto the front flare.
    It could possibly be bedliner also.

    The wheels ars pretty seet too.

    If you're not able to find it, you could just get a sheet of vinyl to cover the area and cut it with knifeless tape to whatever shape you want.
