I’ve been looking for Bilstein

$504 B8 5100 Series Set of Front & Rear Shocks fits 1996 2004 Tacoma with 1-1.5" Lift | TrendsAuto Decal | 24-249928 33-247724 33-247717

B8 5100 height-adjustable shocks for the front and regular Bilstein 5100s for the back (stock 2021 Taco sr5 4x4). Nobody has them in stock, so I emailed Bilstein to get the skinny. Just got a response from their customer service. They weren’t very clear on timing.

 

I'm gunna be installing the Bilstein 2" lift with Eibach coils and the 5100's, I called(texted actually)and was told it would be about 4-6 weeks.

 

This has been going on with Bilstein for as long as I can remember.

 

I honestly haven't had a problem finding Bilstein products. Recently because of current events things have slow down. But they are out there you just have to do a lot of research. Good luck

 

I think I found them for my 4runner in 2015 when there was a "nationwide backorder" Down south motor sports I think it was. Literally have to call all the places that sell them and talk to a live person and ask them if they have it in stock and ready to go. Just looked on down south and their website shows unavailable. Googled the part # and one place that has them is Tire Rack.

 

I just replaced my 885 OME colils with the Eibach coils. I like them. A little less floaty ( a little stiffer) and no sag. I had to put 1/2" spacers to get just just a little bit more lift then I have now with the circlip on at the bottom.
