    A DC-DC charger is what a lot of people are using to keep a 'mounted' second battery charged up. Redarc has a charger that connects to the starter battery circuitry, making it much easier to write than others.

    There are solenoids and other DIY tricks used, but most would benefit from a larger-output alternator.

    I know a lot of people like a GoalZero (or similar) and a suitcase/rollup solar panel, because it's transferable between vehicles and somewhat portable.

    There are online calculators to determine the amp-hour requirement of the electronics you intend to use, but they can be complicated to use. You've got a few different power-draining components in mind already, and these calculators could help you decide on which new components to buy, or at least how much power you'll consume over time.

    Honestly though, you probably need to determine how much DIY you want to do (including electrical setup, debug, maintenance, etc) or if you'd rather drink the Kookaid and go with an out-of-the-box, plug-n-play solution.
