Hi. does anyone else have the same issue where it takes 10kms or more for the truck to warm up to proper operating temperature? Subsequently the fuel economy on it is garbage.

I've been driving for almost 50 years. 10kms = about 6 miles here. Sounds perfectly normal to me. Especially in cold weather. I can't recall ever having a vehicle that was any faster. For 30 years I had a 5-6 mile commute to work. I never bothered to turn the heat on in the winter because it wouldn't put out any heat before I got to work anyway.
