I have a 2010 Tacoma Prerunner. I've replaced two wheel bearings but they both sounded grindier than this. I'm almost certain it's coming from the passenger side rear wheel. It's a high pitch "wub wub wub wub" noise. It also seems to only appear on certain types of pavement and at moderate speeds. It disappears at low and high speeds. Is it a wheel bearing? Tire noise? Something else? Thanks fellas.

I listen to it, but could only here your engine. I assume that’s what everyone else also heard.

If you listen at the 8 second mark you can here a "wub wub wub wub" noise, almost like a tire or wind noise? It's fairly faint in the video but you can hear it.

Don't hear anything that would alarm me but then again, I am used to my whistling Prinsu rack.:der:
What type/size/condition of the tires? Failing rear WB are uncommon but your complaints is likely tire related.

Have you tried rotating your tires to see if you can move it around? Might help you eliminate a variable if nothing else.

Tires have less than 5k miles on them, they're 265/70R17 Hankook Dynapro AT2s. Noise just started about 2 weeks ago. I've had the tires rotated since so it seems odd that it would be the tire since it's coming from the same spot.

Jack up the rear and manually check the wheel. I would even adjust the drum brakes a few clicks to see if it is the issue.
