    Hi everyone!
I found this guy on fb marketplace selling fox 2.5s for 1k dollars, he said they havnt been rebuilt and have about 20-30k miles on them. I just bought brand new 5100s for the same price so I was wondering if it was worth the deal?

Brand new those shocks cost like $2k. Depending on how the previous guy drove them it might need a rebuild but even then those would be cheaper than brand new. Wherever they are from it looks like no rust so guessing it's in the desert somewhere. You'd have to measure the length to figure out if they'll fit your setup (some are extended or made for bigger lifts).

If that's including the 2.0 rear shocks in the photo for that $1k price it's a pretty good deal if that's the route you want to go.

My opinion? I'd probably buy them if they are the right size. Seems like it could be a good score assuming you can live with the rist of needing a rebuild.

Literally bought the exact same setup with similar miles for $1200 last week and just installed. Rides fantastic and totally worth it
