    I just heard and wanted to say you, your family and friends have my deepest condolences and sympathy. Rick was an incredibly nice guy willing to do anything for anyone to make them happy. He and I chatted occasionally and our friendship was genuine. Rick was just easy to get to know. The entire community here has truly lost one of the good ones.
