I Install front struts that are 2" longer on my 2011 DCLD 2wd, it still had the stock tires and rims for now but I noticed when I crank the wheel all the way it seems likes it's rubbing or somethings not right, is this normal?

Did you install longer springs with the longer shocks?

Rubbing leaves marks. Where are they appearing?

Maybe go into a big parking lot and drive with turning full right and full left, then stop the truck and go out to see what's making contact.

Have family member or buddy turn the wheel while you check for rubbing.
