    2015 tacoma suspension noise.
Going over large bumps and dips and hear and feel up through steering wheel a kink noise more of a metal on metal noise than a squeak.

Is it a metal on metal CLICK/POP sound? I have been chasing down the sound as well. Same sound happens on my moms 07 stock 4 runner 2wd and my 4x4 2013 tacoma.

Check for play in your sway bar end links and ball joints.
Check for play in the steering intermediate shaft.
Check exhaust shields, they come loose and rattle making all sorts of silly noises that will trick you.
Check your brake backing plates in case they got bent or are falling/rusting off.
While you got it jacked up on jackstands wiggle other things underneath that shouldn't normally move and see if they move.

If up front, possibly sway bar endlinks, but sounds more like coilover bind or an issue with the UCA's somehow binding (maybe failed uca bushings). I'd look over all your ball joints and suspension bushings and mounting points with the vehicle on and off the ground. Hit everything under there and see if you can replicate the sound or if something has play that shouldn't.
