Do the 2nd gen double cabs have any storage either under or behind the back seats?

I know the access cabs do.

 

Yes they do. Good for a couple of ratchet straps or work gloves, maybe a small blanket. It's not super substantial or anything

 

For sure, depending on how you organize stuff, you'd be surprised what you can fit in there. If you take the plastic lining out, you can increase the volume of the area by a decent amount as well.

I think @Slashaar has a few jugs of various fluids hidden in ours; what all is in there right now?

 

Did you guys notice again significantly louder when you pull the panels or did you put some kind of insulation back there? My sport is loud AF even with foam back there and a molle panel across it

 

The change in road noise wasn't noticeable to me at all. No sound deadening or anything.

 

The double cabs are pretty substantial. I have a ton of shit in mine

 

Need to get yourself some Noico. I’ve got 4 layers in mine since I did the seat delete. Any less and it was obnoxious on any trip over 5 minutes

ViAir 400P Auto, a @Shellshock dual tire inflator hose, and I'm not sure what else off the top of my head. Under the seat I have a socket set for lugs, a breaker bar, factory jack, ice scraper and when I'm going off road I toss the torque wrench in there. I think that's it? once I get a molle panel I'll be able to use more vertical space behind the seats.

 

With all that, where do you keep the sammiches?

 

Yeah I went and looked more closely at mine after work. There is quite a bit of room back/under there.

Got some for the access cab. Probably need more though
