Hey guys, I did a search but didn't find anything.
I am going to buy different wheels for the Taco, but was wondering if any one has gone from 16's to 18's and seen an improvement in the fuel milage. I would probably be putting on a more conservative tire. I have awesome snow tires for the winter so I don't need a very aggressive tire. My truck is more of a trailer queen, I barely drive it to work, and it has never had mud on it although I do use it for car camping.
If I go from a heavier 16" tire to a lighter 60 series 18" I assume a fuel mileage increase, I would hope.
Any thoughts on wheels and fuel mileage would be appreciated.
