I have a couple of these.
This one is in my basement and still works great.
Had to rewire it from a 2 party configuration to work with a normal line.
    Cool hearing the old bells.

Wife got me this for Christmas, I found a marking on the inside which I believe is the manufacture date of May, 1965. I had Mark Truetelaar of the old phone shop rewire and replace missing parts, damn thing weighs 40 pounds and now works great. A definite blast from the past!18015715-FA19-42E7-B871-D96E2A3C6ACB.jpg

I've the exact copy in my library. Was my grandmothers in OK. (she was born there when it was still Indian country, pre-state)
The phone still works. I rewired it and used it constantly until the last move, then did away with a land-line.

(it's in CO and I'm in GA, so no photo)

I'm surprised that list didn't have "Open wide for Chunky!". Maybe because you really don't sing it?
But the same could be said for a thousand others.

Remember the twins in the Wriggles Gum ads? Which reminds me of Clove gum (my favorite!), Blackjack, and Beemans all by Beech.

Yeah, and then I try to hoard a pack or two. It gets hard as a rock, damnit. But whatever I was keeping it in smells Delicious!
