Hey all, new member here. Just bought my dream truck (really any 4x4 Tacoma but the best I could afford). A 2015 silver double cab. My question… the rear is sitting about 2 inches higher than the front, I know it’s supposed to be that way, but I like the look of a leveling kit. I’m looking into either bilstein 1500’s, or rough country 2 inch kit for the front and a 1 inch block for the back. I commute to work most weeks, and spend my weekends in the Colorado mountains finding any trail I can to explore. I don’t want to sacrifice my smooth ride too much, but also don’t want to hurt the trucks long term stability with the wrong leveling kit. With a 2 inch lift in front and a 1 inch in back, would my current 265/65/17r tires and wheels look too small? Should I beef up the tires a bit and keep the wheel size? I would like to beef up the tires if possible, but don’t want to run into any rubbing. Just not sure what my best tire size options are, as well as my best affordable but practical for the truck leveling options are. Thank you for any help! Here is my truck.

It’s all up to you. You have to decide if they look to small.
I ran 265-70-17 with a 3” lift and most people said it will look small, but looked fine to me.

I have the exact lift you are talking about. 5100s all the way around. Set to 1.85 in the front and 1 inch block out back. I drive 20k+ a year. 265/70/17. I lost about 1-2 mpg with this set up. Rear looks higher on pavement, its flexed a tad in the photo.
