This system has maybe 2000 miles on it and is nearly brand new. Selling for 280.00 shipped OBO. New are around 349.99. To me it did help with with throttle response and mpg was improved. I used the included tube in pics to draw in additional cool air from the front. I do not believe I have the blocking plate but the tube works great. I have the MAF adapter peice and all screws needed for install. The only thing I do not have is the thin MAF gasket. Your stock may work fine. I accept PayPal.
