Are these the same you can use as fog lights?

You search the mod-list, but don't find anything of interest.
To use these as fogs you would need a different lens that contours to the existing fog light bezels(which could also be an SAE rated lens), and the mounting brackets to match. I believe these additional items could be bought from DiodeDynamics, but may require messaging them directly.
EDIT: To use them as fog lights would also require the adapters to plug them into the stock fog light plugs on your truck. If you did not care about retaining functionality of the fog light switch on the stalk you could use the supplied harness and switch.

No, you would need this: 16-21 DD fogs

This is only a deal for ditch lights.

Yea, I wouldn't spend that much to covert them. That's why I linked the cost of the pro fogs and pro ditch setup. You would also need sae fog lenses at $30 a piece. I am also selling a set of those in white here.

I wouldn't recommend spending that either to convert these, I would however recommend Pro output level SS3's ;)
I'm just trying to spread information and provide a free bump, which hopefully helps with visibility/sale potential.

For sure! And I do appreciate it! I went with sports previously in a Subaru and this time decided to try the pro's. Night and day difference.

    Hi,
I already have the sports on my Taco. I was thinking use this to upgrade to pro and using the sports as ditch lights. Did that make sense?

PM sent. To any wondering just to clarify this question, yes, you can just swap them out if you already have the fogs. It's essentially the same as changing the lenses but you would just change the housing as well.

I don't know the specifics but here is a pic. Does not hit the windshield. I have hood struts and they go up taller than the stock hood prop with no issues. When installing, follow the directions and tape the area around the hood to avoid scratching with your wrench. I used painters tape.
