Remember when Ozzie was a Nelson serving up ice cream and not an Osbourne serving up contraband?

Remember when Pogo's boat changed names in every view?

Remember when the Katzenjamer Kids vanished, to return as The Captain and the Kids

Remember when before the Muppets there was Topo Gigio?

I grew up eating this cinnamon toast every time we went to Upper Michigan. They still make it. This stuff you had to dip it in coffee or milk or risk chipping a tooth. But it is good.

The mini-boxes were never enough (for a single serving).
What I do remember is that the mini-boxes were always consumed in the same order... You had to get your favorite as soon as mom brought the package home from the grocery store.

Those were a treat we enjoyed every time dad took us camping. It was fun to open the box to use itself as a bowl.

Right? Fruit Loops and Apple Jacks first, then Frosted Flakes and Rice Krispies. Your weird cousin got the Sugar Smacks and one or two of the "unpopular" ones got eaten by mom or dad, and then there were always a pair that wasted away in the kitchen cabinet until they got thrown away.

And how they were their own bowl!

Just slice open and add milk (or orange juice when out of milk).
