Went about 3000 miles from OK to Gettysburg and back; here are a few of my favourite pics. C&C always welcome.

    1. Was stopped in the road - camera sticking out of the sunroof; used the articulating back live-view screen to adjust and take the pic. 6D Mk2 24-104 f/4L

    2. Wheatfield battle field, just down from Little Round Top. I'm sure I will re-process this as the choices I made, in retrospect, feel obvious and uninspired. 6D Mk2 24-104 f/4 L

    3. My trusty steed, positioned closer-in towards Cemetery ridge. 6D mk2, 50mm f/1.8

    4. Cannon display/monument near the high water mark - Pickett's charge. 6D Mk2 50mm f/1.8

    5. Same place/gear.

Enroute to Gettysburg, I stopped by Muscle Shoals recording studio - check those pics here: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/muscle-shoals-studio-tour.759350/

Great pictures. I remember going to Gettysburg as a kid. I loved climbing all over Devil's Den. I'd like to go back sometime and spend the weekend just exploring.

A little of this and a little of that.
Amazing photos of Gettysburg! Thank you for sharing.

I used to live in PA, and visited Gettysburg many times. It truly is a special place for this nation’s history.
