    Nothing crazy!
    Thank you!

I used my Uptop cap roof rack. I mounted it upside down and cut it in half, so I'm able to open both sides of the cover.

    Not my picture:

I bought these from Amazon and Prinsu to mount the rack:

Amazon.com: US Cargo Control L Track Double Lug Threaded Stud Fitting - Use with L Track Rails in Your Truck Or Trailer to Create Heavy-Duty Bolt Down Anchor Points - Working Load Limit of 1,833 Pounds - 10 Pack : Automotive

Amazon.com: US Cargo Control Black L Track – 24 Inch Length – Perfect for Securing Motorcycles, Dirt Bikes, ATVs, Utility Tractors, and More – Use On Pickup Trucks, Vans, Or Utility Trailers - 4 Pack : Automotive

Amazon.com: US Cargo Control Airline-Style Track Fastener Pack - Package of 10 Sets of Bolts, Nuts, and Washers - Quickly Install and Secure L Track Tie Down Systems to Your Pickup Truck, Van, Or Trailer : Automotive

I used lockable bolts from Home Depot for the bolts.

Two sets of Prinsu tent mounting feet:
Prinsu 1” Tent Mounting Feet (set of 4) - Prinsu Roof Racks

It's pretty much like a Lego set now. You can build whatever you want from there. I was very skeptical about drilling into the Diamondback, but I used really good double-sided sealant under the L tracks.

I hope this helps a little bit.

I’ve had my DB for less than 3 months and this discolored circle (but not a perfect circle) has appeared. I hit up DB support and they suggested a bedliner conditioner. Just watched to see if anyone has had this happened before?

Hasn’t happened to mine but diamondback sells a touch up black paint which is what I’d put over that. You’ll not be able to tell it dries like the bed color / texture. It’s like $3.50 for 2 bottles

Finally got to try out this Roofnest Condor Overland recently at one of our local mountains. It’s like those IKamper mini style tents, but with an aluminum shell. A bit heavier, but roomier than the Tepui Ayer II we previously used.

Same, ATV hauling would have been the only reason I would get an HD but my quad won't fit so....SE it is! Can't wait to get it.

Someone asked for a picture of the cover opened with bikes on it. Here it is. I removed the back rack since I only needed to carry two bikes.

Anybody didn’t get cleats from the factory and wished they did?

I never use my middle cleats. I thought when I bought it I would use a cargo net under my Tent bars to hold wood and such. Never did. The outboard corner cleats though, I use those all the time. If I did it again I would just get 4 cleats on the outer corners. And possibly two on the very back by the tailgate(the front two I have are too close to my windows). That being said, it is nice to know I have extra anchor points on the top.

Yesterday, I installed the Front Runner tracks on just the back and middle panels. I have a Tepui Ayer roof top tent (one of the smallest tents), which will mount on the back so that I can still open the front, as I have a Crossbin 8. With having a long bed, the Ayer will fit perfectly so that I can still also use the tailgate.

I took my time and carefully measured, as I certainly didn't want to mess up drilling holes! I found it was easier to remove the back panel and lay it on my garage floor.

I may yet install the front tracks, as I wonder if I could then mount Maxtrax or whatever to them?

when I finally get a DB, I plan on doing something similar with the front runner bars on my long bed and carrying kayaks on their side with a stacker.

Have you tried washing it with automotive soap and scrubbing it with a stiff tire or wheel brush? I had a few little spots like that on mine and I scrubbed em away with my tire brush/scrubber. Gone for good. Hopefully that works for ya.

I got the hd with all the cleats. I have used them all many times in the last year except the ones directly up against the back glass. I don’t think I’ve ever used them and I have strapped all kinds of stuff to it.

Same. I have the HD and sometimes actually wish the front and back ends had cleats close to the center

Yesterday, I put the Front Runner rack on. I'm quite pleased with it. I probably won't keep it on all the time, but next weekend I'll put my roof top tent on as I have a camping trip planned.
