I have a 2014 tacoma regular cab with manual windows. For some reason I can only crank the window down about halfway before it will not go down any further. A couple of years ago in the blistering cold winter, wind howling with gale forces, the wind caught my door. When I shut it shut ok, but when i attempted to re-open the door it popped out a little more than normal . I did not notice the window issue until the following spring. My guess is that the wind sprung something in the door causing the window not to function normally...

Any suggestions or videos that would help me investigate this would be greatly apprecdiated...

Check the screw on door edge that holds the window track in place.
If the head is still there see if it can be loosened and tightened.
Sometimes the head pops off or the threads strip out of the track inside door.
