You gotta remember most people don't get on the internet to talk about how they don't have problems.

    And what is this.... ?

No paint problems and I thoroughly inspected before signing and driving off with the truck.

I’m going to wrap up this thread as I did OP’s last one before the moderators closed down shop (please stop feeding into this):

“Eh, in defense of the folks getting annoyed by OP, he is now being a dick by generalizing the population of TW’s IQ and assuming folks are jealous of his ability (*ahem* willingness) to wire that much for a truck. I’m a doc and am convinced I don’t make nearly as much as some of you knuckleheads with your modded trucks worth more than my house!”

No issue on my 2020 white Tacoma. I did however do my due diligence before I signed and carefully inspected the truck for any imperfections. None have surfaced since that day

I don’t think you did that. There should be crease or wrinkle lines along with the tears. I think something got caught between the door and the seat or something just scraped the seat. The way the tears and lines look to me anyway.

Problem is convincing a dealer it happened pre delivery is the problem. I don’t think it is quality, I think something physically happened to it

953 miles can be typical, some may only be 500 others 2000 miles. Do try and be careful what you stuff between the seats and door though.

My 2022 with the 2.7L is currently 23.4 mpg...with about 200 miles on the odometer.

That damaged seat looks to be associated with something sliding along the side....perhaps it was damaged during assembly. I don't think it would have anything to do with a person getting in and out of the vehicle. Be sure to look at the other seats...and on both sides of each seat.

Is this one the replacement one, from the last one you sent back because of 'factory defects'?

    Oh look, another mod....
I'll never understand why people buy a truck, and then complain that it doesn't get great gas mileage. Trucks have never been known for this. They are utilitarian.
