Started a new job in construction, decided to evolve my rear seat delete and needed to be able to store my tools/organize my stuff. Went with Milwaukee Pack Out. Originally started with two baseplates but added a third after a few days. All nice and sturdy while driving, can be removed, retains underset storage and there is a nice slot for storing long narrow items like my 4’ level. Already thinking about building out the back with drawer or a slide out… inevitable as I accumulate more tools and gear!

I’ve heard there is a lot of issues with alpharex and the output is sub par. They look so good too

Those seems to be one of the better stiffeners. Don’t stick out too far and provide you with tie down points.

    I have huge news..

Refi’d the lease to a buy. No way S.E. Toyo is taking back this truck as stock :duh:

Ramping up the ordering. Got parts on order, but here’s a cheap teaser…

Not what I did today, but a couple days ago, took off my CAI filter off, cleaned it with the K&N filter cleaner/recharge kit. Took a small while for the filter to dry after cleaning it. Luckily, the sun was out and it was warm, so made it a little quicker.

Kit was picked up at local Autozone for about $17 (plus tax).

Also took my cabin air filter out and cleaned it really good. Probably been since November when last checked it. It's one of those K&N filter.

And also ordered the replacement wireless charger from Amazon. Mine has been bubbled up for sometime now. Install looks a little involved but not overwhelming. Will hopefully install next week when it arrives.

Wasn't going to get the TRD cat back exhaust until much later but a fellow TW member was selling it here for an awesome deal and they lived a few blocks away. Popped it right on in a bout half an hour including removal of the stock one haha(hangers were still so fresh and clean I could use my hands to slide them off) and had its first carwash after some rain last night!

Side note: absolutely love the subtle, deeper sound of the TRD exhaust. I ran a magnaflow off road exhaust on my 2nd gen and had to add a resonator and eventually go back to stock because of long drives-- the drone on the highway became annoying. This is just the perfect touch for me!

Haha. Tell me more about how you pay for people to install parts on your truck and how it probably has all kinds of ditch lights and headliner patches. Post pictures of your awesome Fuel wheels too when possible.

After my shock relocate sitting in the garage for nearly 10 months I put myself and my new welder to the test this weekend. I’ve never done so much metal grinding in my life. And yes, the zip ties are temporary. Here’s to hoping the welds hold

Most people have the lights mounted so the bottom of the seat bottom facing down into the footwell. I have seat covers on my seat so those notches people use are covered up. This I used the Velcro option and attached the lamps directly to the carpet under the seat with the LEDs pointed towards the dashboard. Because of that I can physically see the LEDs when they’re in and I’m in my truck. It’s barely noticeable when they’re dim and I’m driving but it is more so when I have the doors open.

I’d much prefer not to be able to see the actual LEDs but with the nature of my truck I don’t have any better options.
