How did you get the top clamp type things to fit? I have been struggling to get them on for 2 hours and finally said screw it and epoxied the sensor on?

I feel your headache. Got a pic of the problem you're having? Better chance of helping you if you post a pic for us to see the problem you're having. Otherwise, epoxy should be a solution that works for you. Just make sure the you don't get any error codes thrown due to angle of the sensor. Make sure to test TSS features.

Depends where you got your grill from, each distributor has different iterations of the TRD pro grill. Just re-used the screws from the old TSS sensor. Left the one that didn't thread in. The grill came with the biting type fastener which mounted on the extruding rod, pushed it down with a 10mm socket, didn't seat all the way. Took advice from TW members. Haven't had any issues with the sensor & works as intended, even with off road adventures.

I ended up just using epoxy and a weatherstrip to hold the tss garnish in place. The two “lock bolts” that came with the sensor garnish from madhornets would not go on for the life of me. Spent 2 hours trying to get them on between hammering, pushing you name it I tried it. Finally broke down and just epoxied the damn thing on. No bad error lights yet!!!
